You may notice the Flores247.com website has been updated to include the following improvements based on your feedback.


Updates to the design and functionality of the website include:

-Ability to access and elect COBRA electronically -Those who receive COBRA paperwork can now download a copy of the form through our secure website, in addition to receiving a mailed copy. A completed form can also be scanned and uploaded through our web portal to make the COBRA election process even easier.

-Additional Account Status Updates -Users making any changes through our system will now see a confirmation page after making any change with Flores, along with what to expect. For instance, when Direct Deposit information is updated participants are alerted to the status of their account (Active, Inactive, etc.). The "Recent Activity" section is also updated to include even more information, such as confirmation that a document has been uploaded to Flores and the date received.

-Training Videos -Short two minute videos have been added to help explain how services offered by Flores work. These videos can be found under the "Document Library" after logging into your account and are a great tool to educate users on benefits administered by Flores.

-Notification of Debit Card Documentation -Any Benny Card transaction requiring documentation is now highlighted under the "View Details" section of the website. We have also added a link on the same page to directly upload requested documentation to Flores!

-Other updates:

  • You now have the ability to submit up to eight claim lines at a time.
  • Flores contact information has been added to the bottom of every page.
  • We have consolidated the structure of our sites including making the administrator login more prominent.
